Stitch partners with Langland to bring creative and content capabilities to its engagement platform

London, UK, 5 July 2023: Stitch is partnering with Langland, a multi-award winning Publicis Health company with over 20 years’ experience supporting global clinical trials, to integrate Langland’s creative branding and content with Stitch’s innovative engagement and retention platform, which supports participants through their trial journey while capturing their feedback in real-time.

The new partnership means clients of both companies can choose a joined-up recruitment and retention solution that ensures eligible participants find, understand and select their studies, are supported throughout their trial, and are able to give feedback on their trial experience – providing valuable qualitative and quantitative insights on their experiences. This represents a first-in-category capability with the potential to address common problems that lead to data gaps, drop-outs and patients lost to follow-up, by improving retention in live studies, and informing the design and conduct of future studies.

“Anyone who has ever taken part in a clinical trial will have asked themselves if they were making the right decision. Langland are the experts at getting trials recognised, understood and prioritised by participants and investigators. They create accessible, considered content that makes everything clear. We’re delighted to be bringing this content into the Stitch platform," - Jonathan Moshinsky, CEO and Co-founder of Stitch

Stitch’s team brings together years of experience in leading clinical data and ePRO platforms, with an intimate understanding of customer experience, earned at leading consumer companies. Their platform has been designed with patients, for patients, to enable them to manage their study participation via the kind of user-friendly digital experience we are all familiar with in other parts of our lives. Stitch also supports site staff to manage participant communication and visit schedules, and enables sponsor teams to understand the participant experience across all their studies.

"For the majority of us these days, digital platforms are how we get stuff done. Ordering groceries, buying a train ticket, sending a payment, or finding and booking a restaurant – we do it online. The mix of clinical and consumer skills the Stitch team bring to the table is unusual to find, and their laser focus on making the clinical trial experience easier and better for participants and sites, makes them a natural fit for Langland. We share this vision," - Victoria Wright, Chief Executive Officer, Langland
