Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in medical communications, delivering strategic interventions across numerous therapy areas at all lifecycle stages. Andrew provides industry-leading Scientific Services, through differentiated value in strategy, content curation and partnerships.

Executive Creative Director

Andrew believes work must be truthful, human and deliver a positive impact. His award-winning portfolio has set the standard for creative excellence in the Health & Wellness category. Andrew has served as a Cannes Lions Health Jury President, and is a frequent judge and speaker at industry awards.

Managing Partner, Medical Strategy & Education

Clare has been part of the Medical Strategy & Education team for over 14 years. She thrives on motivating others to think further by finding new ways to deliver medical education programmes. Before starting her career in communications, Clare worked for UCL’s breast cancer research team.

Business Unit Director, Public Relations and Policy

Jake has over 15 years’ experience in PR, working for UK, European and Global clients. His highlights include a rotavirus vaccination campaign in Rwanda and the approval of PrEP for HIV in Europe. Jake believes that clear and accurate health communications are more important now than ever before.

Managing Partner, Clinical Trial Experience (UK)

Kate has devoted over a decade in leading clinical trial experience for her client partners. She has worked across multiple therapy areas, covering everything from rare disease trials to complex global ‘megatrials’. Kate is committed to creating work that has a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Managing Partner, Advertising

Katie has worked in advertising for over 20 years, managing pharma, consumer and health brands.  Working both agency and client side, she has extensive experience in solving strategic brand challenges, including the coordination of global launches across a wide range of therapy areas.

Managing Director, Clinical Trial Experience (US)

Klaira has dedicated her career exclusively to improving the clinical trial experience for participants and researchers. She has led business development, innovation and delivery teams, and now leads Langland’s US team based in NYC.

Siân is obsessed with simplicity.

Group Managing Director

Victoria started in med comms over 20 years ago as a medical representative. After 13 years at Publicis Health, she is now Group Managing Director. Victoria believes the secret behind our long-standing clients is the people at Langland. She aims for her team to do the best work of their careers here.
